The TETFund Centre of Excellence was Funded by TETFund 2021 Allocation and was established by the College Management of Federal College of Education, Yola in Year 2023. Our specifict objective is to provide world-class training and research in agro-business skills, focusing on livestock production, Feed Formulation and entrepreneurship.

The College Management plays a crucial role in governing and overseeing the TETFund Center of Excellence. This includes strategic planning, policy formulation, and decision-making to achieve the Center's objectives. The Management is also responsible for financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
The College Management is responsible for providing the necessary manpower and resources to support the Centre's operations, as well as constituting an Advisory Board headed by Deputy Provost with a number of experts in agro-business and entrepreneurship to provide strategic guidance and oversight.
Furthermore, the College Management is responsible for infrastructure and logistics management, including facilities management, equipment and supplies procurement, and logistical support for Center activities. The Management also fosters collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders, develops and maintains partnerships, and represents the Center in national and international networks.
Finally, the College Management monitors and evaluates the Center's performance and progress, conducts evaluations to assess impact and effectiveness, and prepares and submits reports to stakeholders. The Management also develops and implements communication strategies, engages in outreach activities, and manages the Center's public image and reputation.

The TETFund Center of Excellence Management Team is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, direction, and operations of the Center, including policy implementation, program development, and resource management. The Team implements policies formulated by the College Management, ensures effective utilization of resources, and fosters a culture of excellence in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
